1.Terms and Definitions

The terms used below shall be interpreted in accordance with this Section. In the absence of an appropriate term with a definition in this section, the terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.1.4 User - a visitor on the Website who has completed the registration procedure on the Website and accepted the terms and conditions of the Offer;
1.1.5 Buyer - a User who has placed an Order;
1.1.6 Product - the products and services presented in the catalog on the Site;
1.1.7. Order - the Buyer's request for purchase of Goods on the Website for personal, family, home and other needs not related to business activities, which contains the quantity, assortment and package of Goods.

2.General Provisions. Subject of the public offer

2.1. the Seller offers to make the Order on the conditions stated below. Conditions is a public offer in accordance with article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the "Offer"). The Offer applies to all kinds of Goods, as long as the Goods with the description are present on the Site.

3.Acceptance of the Offer. Changes in the Offer

3.1 The acceptance of the Offer (conclusion of a retail sale and/or service agreement) (hereinafter - the "Agreement") takes place at the moment of the Order.
3.2 The Agreement shall be considered concluded from the moment of payment for goods on the website.
3.3 The Seller may at any time unilaterally change the terms of the Offer without prior notice. The new edition of the Offer is valid from the moment of its publication on the Site.

4.Product Terms and Conditions. Ordering procedure

4.2 After placing the Order on the Site, the Buyer receives an automatic e-mail message to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer when placing the Order with a link to the script file
4.3 The Buyer is responsible for providing incorrect information, which leads to the inability of the Seller to properly perform its obligations to the Buyer.

5.Procedure of service rendering

5.1 Goods in the form of a Word document, comes to the Buyer automatically after payment. If the letter with a link to the file did not come automatically, the buyer makes a request for the file by phone +79246680201.
5.2 Claims about the quality of purchased Goods (services) which have arisen after the receipt and payment for Goods (services) are considered according to the Russian Federation law "On protection of consumer rights".

6.Payment for Goods

6.1 The Product price is specified on the Website in rubles of the Russian Federation.
6.2 If the price of Goods on the Website is incorrect, the Seller shall inform the Buyer about it in order to confirm the Order at the corrected price or to cancel the Order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this Order is considered to be cancelled. If the paid Order was cancelled, the Seller shall return the paid amount to the Buyer in the same way it was paid.
6.3 The price of Goods on the Website may be changed by the Seller unilaterally. In this case the price of Goods ordered by the Buyer shall not be subject to change.

7.Payment by bank cards:

7.1 In accordance with the regulation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation "On issue of bank cards and on operations performed with the use of payment cards" from 24.12.2004 № 266-P bank card operations are performed by the card holder or his authorized person.
7.2 Authorization of transactions on bank cards is carried out by the bank. If the bank has reasons to believe that the operation is of fraudulent nature, the bank has the right to refuse to carry out this operation.
7.3 To avoid misuse of bank cards when paying for the Goods, the Seller shall check the Orders prepaid by bank card. In order to verify the cardholder's identity and his/her eligibility to use the card, the Seller shall be entitled to request the Buyer to present his/her identification document.
7.4 The Seller is entitled to provide discounts on the Goods and establish a bonus program. Types of discounts, bonuses, procedure and conditions of charging are determined by the Seller and are indicated on the Website.

8.Liability

8.1 The Seller shall not be liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.Confidentiality and protection of personal data

9.1 Seller processes personal data in accordance with the Federal Law № 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
9.2 Details of what information the Seller collects, how the Seller processes, and how the Seller protects the information are specified in detail in the policy regarding the processing of personal data (Privacy Policy).
9.3 The Privacy Policy is posted in unrestricted access in the footer of the Website and is available on the Website at: https://script-mobile.com.
9.4 By accepting the Offer in the manner, indicated in Section 3 of the Offer and in accordance with Article 15 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of goods, works, services promotion in the market by means of direct contact with the potential consumer by means of communication. Acceptance of the Offer shall be an acknowledgement of the fact that the Seller has received consent.
9.5 The Seller is not responsible for the information provided by the User on the Website in a publicly available form.
9.6 In order to improve the quality of service, the Seller may record telephone conversations. The Seller prevents attempts of unauthorized access to information obtained in the course of telephone conversations, and does not transfer such information to third parties not directly related to the Seller.

10.Final provisions

10.1 The Seller is entitled to assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations arising from its relationship with customers to third parties.
10.2 The Website and provided services can be temporarily (partially or completely) unavailable due to maintenance or other works, or for any other reasons of a technical nature.
10.3 In case of any questions and claims the Seller must be contacted by phone or other available means. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement the dispute shall be considered in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10.4 A court ruling that any provision of the Offer is invalid does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
